Virginia cerró en diciembre un muy intenso 2009 con un espectacular y especialmente concurrido recital en “La Colmena” de Montevideo, con el legendario King George como invitado…

En enero, ya comenzando las actividades del 2010, participará nuevamente del festival internacional “Jazzalacalle”, que tiene lugar por cuarta vez en Mercedes, Soriano,

donde se da cita el mejor jazz nacional e internacional, para luego a fines de este mismo mes viajar a Chile nuevamente, siendo esta su tercera participación representando al blues uruguayo en ese país.
